Excellent guest service and amazing food specials

Good experience with friendly staff!

Delicious and very good breakfasts, the stay was really great!

The location was MAGNIFICENT and decent, close enough to the BWI Airport for a flight outbound, all the other eateries in the immediate area and the nearby food spots. Also, we were able to visit The Great Barn, that was 3 km from the hotel.

The queen room was super clean and cozy. The staff were kind and helpful. I loved the well-equipped gym, the best i've used in any hotel. Plus, enjoying a healthy meal like the loaded crab sandwich after my workout was a treat. It reminded me of an oasis during my recovery time.

Early check-in, late check-out. Spacious room with all the necessaries and modern amenities, as example.

The room had plenty of space, the bathroom was supplied with ample towels and sundries. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was adjustible for temperature control. Very nice!Convenient to the airport; good shuttle service.

The food wasn't great for breakfast but there was plenty eggs, bacon, sausage, juice etc.

great location but missing some amenities

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. I particularly enjoyed the inviting atmosphere of the bar, made for a relaxing evening.

While the location is great, I found the amenities to be slightly lacking in variety.

I absolutely loved the bed and pillows. I traveled across the world and was extremely exhausted when I arrived. As soon as I hit the pillows and comfortable bed I was dreaming away. I also felt the hotel staff were very professional and helpful upon my arrival.

OK, the room was decent and beds good.

The employees were mostly temporary and very understaffed. They had closed off most of the dining area and left only the area near the bar for dining. they could have improved the ambiance for dining by using tablecloths and turning off the TV. Really the employees were so obviously untrained it was amusing and we felt sorry for some of them

would come there again

The queen room was super clean and cozy, with air conditioning, a tv, and a refrigerator. The indoor pool and fitness center were awesome. The bar had a great crab sandwich with tons of crab meat. The staff were helpful and kind.

great access to parks and landmarks for weekend strolls

I found the hotel super close to the National Electronics Museum, just a few steps away, and the lovely Henry Louis Mencken House is only about 4 km away, making it perfect for weekend sightseeing and casual strolls around the city.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

The room was clean, cozy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is great for accessing local amenities, and I loved the eco-friendly approach with full-sized, refillable toiletries. My only concern was the noise from a nearby event, a bit disruptive at night.

My time at the Hilton was excellent. The staff was friendly and I had no complaints.
